It is located in the best part of town right between the Historical Centre and Jalatlaco which is the trendiest neighbourhood in Oaxaca and one of the oldest. It has two ensuite bedrooms one with a double bed and one with king sized bed, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Outside the bedrooms There is a complete kitchen and a dinning table.

Loft on the top floor of a three floor building which is the tallest building in the neighborhood, hence, it has a great view of the mountains and the city. It is located walking distance(12 minutes) from the historical centre (tourist area) Additionally, you can do everything walking it is close to markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants. It comprises living room, kitchen, private bathroom. It has a fast wifi (500mbps) a  balcony and there is a common rooftop on top of the building.

It is a loft-apartment. It has a 50 inch smart TV in the living room and a 32 inch TV in the bedroom with streaming services included: netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Star +, HBO MAX.  

There is a kitchen with lots of cooking appliances, stove, oven, three coffee makers (pour over coffee, Italian coffee maker, drop coffee maker, there is a kettle, knives, pots, pans and everything you could need in a kitchen.

It has a desk and a very comfortable desk chair for remote work

There is balcony outside the apartment and There is a communal terrace on top of the building that has a 360 degrees view of the city 
Internet is strong, fast and reliable, the building is located a bit out of the hustle of the tourist area, so, for a Mexican central area it is considered quiet especially at night (for Mexican standards).

Guests have a complete apartment for themselves, they can access to the common area which is the terrace, it has furniture and it has a 360 degrees view of the city. The terrace also provides a pleasant spot to unwind while staying connected, as the internet works perfectly in this area.

The apartment is on the top floor and There is no lift, so if you have a lot of luggage it might be a bit difficult to get your luggage to the apartment. 

You will get a perfectly clean apartment with sheets, bedding, pillows, a paper roll, soap and  towels. If you stay long term there is cleaning once a month with change of towels and sheets. Right now I don't have a full-time maid so if you want further cleanings you will have to let me know in advance to make appointments with the cleaner. Full cleaning of the apartment has a price of 350 pesos with change of sheets and towels. There is a laundry  located about 5 minutes walking 

Chedrahui is about 8 minutes walking you can buy there all your consumables. There is a water dispenser 2 minutes walking to the apartment where you can refill your water bottle, we can also call a delivery person to deliver water directly to your apartment.

The flat is a turn-key rental. You are responsible for your consumables .  you have a starter kit, but once it runs out you have to buy your supplies. There is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment(OXXO) and a Chedrahui store which is the Mexican version of Walmart, it is 8 minutes walking. This is a self cathering apartment meaning we dont offer daily cleaning with someone who can give you more toilet paper, or refill your supplies daily, you have a starter kit but once it runs out you are responsible for your supplies, there is an oxxo that is open 24/7 about two blocks from the apartment. When. you finish your big jug of water i can call delivery guy, 25 pesos per big bottle.

It is still part of the centre so it has the same restriction of construction than the tourist area. Hence, you will see mostly old houses, Mexican style houses although not Spanish buildings and houses like the ones in the touristy area, our building is the tallest in the neighbourhood so the view is amazing from the top.

Those type of noises that are normal to us but might be unusual for tourists although you will hear them everywhere you go in Oaxaca.

"La Casita" "The small house" is located 15 minutes walking to the tourist area. it comprises a one bedroom with livingroom-kitchen area and one bathroom. It is a very old little house however the interior has beeen renovated to meet modern standards. Internet is 100mbps download and 100 mbps. It has to AC Mini Split units one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There are two 65 inch TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom with streaming services included (netflix, Max, Disney+, Prime Video.  upload.  You dont share walls with anyone, it is a one floor house so there is no construction above, hence, the place is very private. Outside the bedroom there is a small patio with a lounge area where you can take some fresh air. The bed is very comfortable, there is a desk in the bedroom and a desk in the living room just below the TV so if you are a digital nomad you have two 65 inch monitors.    It is located in a residential neighborhood a bit outside of the tourist area, you will find a mexican market 2 minutes walking, supermarket 7 minutes walking, laundry 5 minutes walking, restaurant with local food 2 minutes walking. Hence, everything you need for a daily routine is within walking distance. The tourists area is 15 minutes walking where you will find gallery arts, museums, high end restaurants, colonial churches, bars, discotheques, shops.

The little house is in a gated complex, it is at the front of the complex if you walk a path  of around 300 metres you get to a three story building where you can access a nice terrace for sunsets or to sunbath, read a book, there is also strong internet signal there and there are multiple tables and lounge options to sit and work, read a bood or relax.

It is located in a residential neighbourhood,  within walking distance (10 minutes) from the Zocalo(which is the main square of the city), the tourist area and all amenities. You can do everything walking it is close to the bus stop, markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants.

It is a studio apartment   with private bathroom located on the ground floor(UK), first floor(USA). The Internet is fast and reliable(120mbps). There is one terrace on the second floor at the end of the hallway and another on on the next level. The studio is 12 minutes walking to the tourist area , therefore is in a central location but a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. It is centrally located but in a residential area, therefore, you can do everything walking: grocery shopping, tourism, clubbing, going to restaurants, laundry, . It is located in a residential neighborhood with mostly locals so you will find cheaper options than in the tourism part of town like  groceries, restaurants, laundry service, etc.

The studio has a smart TV  with streaming services included like Amazon Prime, Disney +, Paramount+, HBO MAX. There are many options for sports: on Disney+ you can access ESPN where you can watch NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, Nascar, College Footballl, NCAA, and all sorts of other college sports. Also, boxing, Tenis, NHL, Wimbledon, Indycar, PGA Tour,  and all varieties of sports. On prime video you can watch UFC, MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, WWE. So we have streaming services with movies, series and all sort of live sports.
